Our guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the charming Villa Heidetuin. We have 5 rooms, each infused with the charm of brocante, cosiness and warm tones. Let the atmospheric images inspire you and discover the beautiful details of each room.
Room 1, Pig: A spacious room on the east/north side of Villa Heidetuin.
A room exuding pure romance, with its luxurious double box-spring bed, a particularly spacious walk-in shower, separate toilet, and even a nostalgic freestanding roll-top bath. Room Gris, in warm wood and grey tones, gives you a blissfully relaxed feeling of being at home with that little bit extra. Open the shutters and watch the sun rise over Lievensberg forest. An ideal room for a very special package for two.

The price you see after the initial selection is for adults. For children, a lower price will be calculated based on age after selecting their age.

Room 2, Chocolate: This room, in warm wood and brown tones, will give you a cosy home-from-home feeling. With its luxury double box-spring bed, a walk-in shower, desk, loveseat and separate toilet, you will have all the comfort you could wish for here. One window overlooks the greenery of the forests of Lievensberg estate, and from the other window, you can see the heath garden and have a good chance of spotting a rabbit, squirrel or deer darting away.

Room 3, Blanc: This south-facing room offers a magnificent view of the heather garden. In the distance, you'll see the pond, and through the leaves, you can catch a glimpse of the romantic bridge. It's a room with a warm ambiance and is particularly pleasant for relaxing. It features a surprising bathroom, unique elements made from wine crates, and two luxurious separate box-spring beds, which can be configured as one large bed or two singles upon request. Naturally, it’s equipped with almost every imaginable luxury. As we completely reconfigure the beds twice if you wish to have them separated, there is a one-off surcharge of €15.

Room Vert, on the north side of Villa Heidetuin, has a fresh feel due to its use of wood and green tones. This makes rest and coolness prominent features. With its two separate luxury single box-spring beds and a luxury private bathroom, this sturdy yet warm room offers a very pleasant atmosphere. Open the shutters and enjoy the beautiful view of the forest. You can feel how you are right in the middle of nature here! As we completely reconfigure the beds twice if you wish to have them apart, we charge a one-off supplement of €15 for this.
This room can be booked in combination with room 5 as a connecting room, ideal for families with children., ask for our terms.

Room 5, Azur: A refreshing and somewhat rugged room, radiating calm and coolness through its wood and teal tones. The unique bed, made from pallet wood with a wonderfully comfortable mattress, makes the room extra atmospheric.
This room can be booked in combination with room 4 as a connecting room, ask for our terms.

Beautiful suite with a luxurious feel, large bathroom and seating area.
Suitable for 2 people. The suite is connected to Boutique Apartment 2 - Romarin via an inter-connecting door, which we can unlock as you wish. This means this spacious room can be booked for a romantic night for two, or as an addition to one of the Boutique Apartments, allowing you to accommodate up to 6 people.
The Boutique Apartments are all en-suite and located next to each other, therefore also very suitable for small groups of up to 10 people. You will then have one large private terrace!
Breakfast is included, which is served every morning in the villa's lounge.
