At Villa Heidetuin, the atmosphere of the French countryside and Brabant hospitality merge into an irresistible experience. Here, you can escape the hustle and bustle while enjoying a relaxing environment that feels like coming home. The French 'joie de vivre' permeates the entire estate: from a delicious glass of wine on one of the sun-drenched terraces, a fresh cup of coffee with artisanal cake on the veranda, to strolling through the gardens where hydrangeas, lavender, and aromatic herbs flourish.
We are proud of our estate, which now also features an arboretum and a newly landscaped botanical garden. You’ll be delighted by Charles Vergouwen’s artworks, which enhance the natural surroundings along the art trail. The sunbathing lawn is the perfect spot for a relaxed picnic and some well-deserved downtime.
There’s plenty to do for young and old alike. Children can have a great time running around on the spacious lawn.
In addition to a warm welcome, we offer breakfast, lunch, drinks, and high tea. Special events such as baby showers, weddings, and convivial parties are also lovingly catered for.
Would you like an exclusive dinner? This is possible for parties of 8 or more.
Enjoy our carefully curated picnic baskets and adventurous rucksacks, wander across the estate and be surprised with treats in a unique setting.
For a comfortable stay, we have 5 luxury rooms, 2 cosy cottages, and a suite with a delightful jacuzzi.
Villa Heidetuin is also the perfect location for meetings, creative offsite sessions and inspiring training courses.
In the immediate vicinity, there are plenty of activities such as a treetop adventure park, an exciting escape room, forest golf, a pick-your-own garden, and much more to enjoy.

Lovely stay with welcoming staff on a beautiful estate ☺Atmospheric villa with nicely decorated rooms. Delicious extensive breakfast. Within walking distance of a beautiful walking area with barefoot path/estate/pancake house/children's playground. Thought given to sustainability. ☹The room on the west side was difficult to keep cool. But maybe we weren't using the air conditioning properly?Posted on Google![]()

Very nice location. Ate a salad here, though without dressing. Only had some balsamic vinegar. Dry lettuce really doesn't taste good. A shame, as all the ingredients were otherwise fine. No attention was paid when I mentioned this.Listed on Booking.com![]()

☺We were able to park at the accommodation for three days, although we only stayed for one night. ☹The attic was far too hot because of the sun; even the improvised air conditioning couldn't make the room temperature pleasant.

Lovely clean B&B, situated by a beautiful forest. ☺We received a super friendly welcome from the owner. Beautiful, clean accommodation. We had a plant-based breakfast, which was super tasty. Cosy location. ☹The sound of the motorway, but nobody can help that. Especially not with the windows open.Listed on Booking.com![]()

☺The location is wonderful. From here we were able to enjoy lovely cycling. Furthermore, we did not make use of the facilities such as the restaurant except for breakfast. ☹This location invites you to dine on a warm evening, it is a pity that is not possibleListed on Booking.com![]()

Private parking is available near the Villa by the memorial to some beekeepers! The villa garden offers a casually untidy heathland atmosphere with various seating areas. There is public Wi-Fi. The cappuccino coffee here is good. This location offers the opportunity to go for a nice walk.+6Posted on Google![]()

Dear Ingrid and Don, Staying with you was like being at home in another house, which sounds strange, but the personal interest and time taken for “the guests” feels so familiar, as if we already knew each other. The room was spacious, tidy and calmly decorated, and despite the heat, it was pleasant to stay in with the fan already running. Also, the details—the Rituals accessories in the shower, toilet and room—added an extra touch to the peace that is there. Despite the A4 motorway running nearby, it is not disturbing, but if it did bother you, earplugs were provided on the landing where you could grab coffee, tea, soft drinks and a beer. The service on the terrace was also so patient, friendly and willing to have a chat, despite the heat and the busyness of the day; hats off to the staff. We will most certainly return to this lovely location, as we haven't seen everything yet. Kind regards, Heidi & Paul Pluijmen.Posted on Google![]()

Villa Heidetuin was the perfect venue to realise our dream wedding. And how Ingrid and Don made that dream come true. Everything was arranged down to the last detail. The suite was very nice and tidy. Nothing but praise for Villa Heidetuin!Posted on TripAdvisor![]()

Not recommended Quite disappointing. We had booked a high tea. We were continually forgotten. After waiting half an hour, we asked if we could have a drink. Another 20 minutes of waiting and then we asked if we could have our high tea. The bites weren't great. A bit dry. Furthermore, some small things that could be better: Soup was delivered to the wrong table. Drinks meant for another table ended up with us. Sparkling water hardly had any fizz. Cutlery was laid out the wrong way round. No toilet paper in the restrooms. Several times we asked if we could have a drink. Every time the answer was: oh yes, I'd forgotten about you. The tea caddies had an expiry date of 2023. Friendly staff though, but the high tea is definitely not worth repeating. I wouldn't recommend it. It did look nice.Posted on Google![]()

Not ‘Boutique’ worthy We were there during the heatwave and the email stated that there was AC in the room… yes, a mobile one with a hose through the window… given that we were on the top floor, it was very likely nearly 40 degrees in our room. So there was no question of sleeping! Also a lot of noise from frogs and a major road that is nearby. Furthermore, breakfast was good but not exceptional either. The hotel has seen better days. Sloppy impression, urgently in need of major maintenance and there is no lift. You also get little information regarding the local area. Staff friendly but not enthusiastic. Definitely not worth the price! We go cycling somewhere else in the Netherlands every year and this was sub-standard. Certainly not a ‘Boutique hotel’ but more of a Pippi Longstocking affair…Posted on Google![]()

Booked a few months ago at Villa Heidetuin to be able to have a high tea on 08 June for our wedding anniversary. We received a polite email in advance with all the instructions and were able to indicate our preferences in it. On the day itself, a beautifully laid table was ready in a lovely separate room so that you were truly separated from any other guests. The staff were very friendly and during each course of the high tea you were given an explanation of the bites, and our stated preferences had been taken into account. Drinks were offered in good time and the tea was replenished every time. All courses of the high tea were super delicious and of good quality and prepared with care! I would definitely recommend Villa Heidetuin! We had a wonderful meal and thoroughly enjoyed it! Best wishes Roxanne and MichaelPosted on Google![]()

We had a lovely high tea here on Whit Monday! It was exquisite! You really get a bit of everything, sweet, savoury and a warm dish with prawns and a delicious dessert afterwards. Of course with as much tea as you want, but we switched to wine! 😉🥂 Compliments too for the lovely spot and all the friendly people who served us! As far as we are concerned, highly recommended!Posted on TripAdvisor![]()

High tea We thought a nice afternoon tea, but a huge disappointment, it took a very long time before we had our drinks and even longer for the food. Everything stale and crumbly so not nice at all, a big disappointment and no advertisement for your establishment.Posted on TripAdvisor![]()

Snubbed and disrespectful, unworthy of the hospitality industry What a dreadful experience... total disrespect towards the group of over-80s for afternoon tea. Snapped at, rude, and that's not even mentioning the severely subpar afternoon tea. If you hate your job that much, I don't understand why you work in hospitality, what damage you are doing to such a business. We will never come here again, and we will certainly share that with our networks. .Posted on TripAdvisor![]()

Had a rather nice tasting menu We had quite a nice tasting menu. It's a shame the salads had so little dressing on them. Dry salad really isn't very nice. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. A bit more would be welcome.Posted on TripAdvisor![]()

lovely location Beautiful, atmospheric location in a forest/nature reserve so wonderful for walkers. It is a hospitality venue that is open during the day until 5 pm and also functions as a B&B. Apart from having a drink on the lovely terrace of the hospitality venue, we also stayed overnight there. The room had everything we needed, so it was in good order. There is a communal kitchenette where various drinks and snacks are also available for purchase. Friendly owners/staff in the hospitality venue. The breakfast was top-notch. Really comprehensive and well-stocked with everything. The only minor downside for people who, like us, live in a very quiet area: you can hear the nearby motorway quite clearly, even with the windows closed. But apart from that, definitely recommended.Posted on TripAdvisor![]()

Nice atmospheric place with delicious fresh breakfast Very atmospheric location, 5 attic rooms and the owners live on the middle floor. Our room (5) was not big, but cosy and child-friendly, including bathrobes, small candles, Rituals products and a kettle for tea in the room. On the B&B landing you can find coffee/tea and nice treats for a small charge and a small fridge with various drinks. Also, everything has been thought of (reading glasses, sewing thread, etc.). You will also find earplugs; the house is close to the motorway, but thanks to the thick shutters on the windows we were not bothered by that. The breakfast is super good, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, an egg, fresh bread rolls/croissants, yoghurt, sweet and savoury options, truly very complete. Friendly owners and staff. Beautiful terrace and garden which unfortunately we did not visit, but we will certainly come back another time and then visit the park-like garden and the wooded area with an adventure climbing wood nearby. My 11-year-old daughter thoroughly enjoyed it.
