Terms and Conditions

• Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. For this and afterwards, strictly by prior consultation. After 10:00 PM, we will charge a surcharge;
• Check-out by 11:00 AM.;
• Pets are not permitted. Official assistance dogs by prior arrangement.;
• Any visits must be registered in advance in person or by text message.;
• We have exclusive parking facilities for our guests. Any visitors will therefore need to park on Balsedreef.;
• loss of key €50;
• Extra key (by arrangement, in advance, subject to availability) £20.00;

Further terms and services Gites

Our prices include bed linen and made beds; kitchen linen; a towel set per person. Each bathroom also contains a bath mat.

Please do not take these towels out of the cottage.

In the kitchen, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid are at your disposal, among other things.

Breakfast can be booked separately.

For our gîte guests: €17.50 per person and €11.50 for children aged 4 to 12. Children aged 1 to 3 years: €6.50.

For mid-week and weekly rentals:

The prices include final cleaning, provided that the cottages are left swept clean, that dishes have been washed, the worktop is clean, and rubbish has been removed. If this is not the case, we will be obliged to charge an additional €50.00. 

If you stay for longer than a week, we will clean once a week, change the beds, and provide you with fresh towels and kitchen linen. You can also request a fresh towel package at any time during your stay, which will cost €9.50 per person.

Long stay: Deposit for the cottages £150, which will of course be returned if nothing is broken.

Regarding waste:

We provide orange bin bags for your plastic waste

If you have cardboard, there is a special container. 

The same applies to your glassware.

Delicious pot of homemade soup ready with farmer's bread; tapenade and butter €16.50 per 2 people.

• It might be necessary to cancel the reservation.
  • This can be done up to a month before the expected arrival date, free of charge.
  • If you cancel between one month and two weeks before your expected arrival date, you will be charged 25%.
  • If you cancel within two weeks of your expected arrival date, you will be charged 50%.
  • If you cancel within a week of your expected arrival date, the full amount will be due.
