The house rules at Villa Heidetuin are in place to create a pleasant atmosphere for both guests and staff. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be considerate of your fellow users and not cause any disturbance to our neighbours.

• The house rules and instructions from our staff must always be adhered to. Our staff are entitled to remove guests who behave disruptively and/or do not comply with the house rules from the hospitality establishment, and access to the hospitality establishment may be denied (further).
No alcohol under 18.
Access control with identification possible.
• Please hand in any lost property to the bar.
• Any complaints can be reported to the supervisor.
The management accepts no liability for theft or damage to your property.
• Damage caused to the establishment, staff, and fellow patrons will be recovered from those responsible.
It is forbidden to possess or use drugs, weapons or other items that can be used as weapons.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire Villa. On the terrace, we have designated an area as a non-smoking spot.
• It is forbidden to commit theft or vandalism. We will report it, file a complaint, and you will be handed over to the police immediately.
It is not permitted to consume food and/or drinks brought in from outside.
Glassware is not permitted to be used outside of the licensed premises.
• Huisdieren zijn toegestaan the lounge Allowed between 10:00-11:30 and 15:00-17:00. On the veranda, dogs and their owners are welcome all day. Assistance dogs are permitted. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times.
• The use of violence, discrimination, and/or sexual harassment is prohibited.
