By car from Rotterdam/Roosendaal

  • Take the A4 or A58 towards Bergen op Zoom (Direction Vlissingen).
  • At the Knooppunt Zoomland junction, merge onto the A4/A58/E312 towards Bergen op Zoom/Antwerp/Vlissingen.
  • Take exit 28-Bergen op Zoom. You are on Rooseveltlaan.

  • By car from Vlissingen
    Goes/Antwerp (via A4)

    • Take the A4 towards Bergen op Zoom (direction Roosendaal).
    • Take exit 28-Bergen op Zoom. You are on Rooseveltlaan.

    Once on Roosevelt Avenue

    • Keep left initially and turn left at traffic lights.
    • Go left immediately. You will then be in Pasteurlaan.
    • Take the first road on the left, immediately after a right turn. (Towards the hospital car park.)
    • Follow the road, you are now going through a tunnel. You are driving on the Balsedreef.
    • Immediately after the tunnel, turn right into the Villa's driveway.

    • For users of our guest rooms, we have parking behind the villa. If you have a reservation, you can drive through the gate to our private car park.

Parking

Cars

Visitors arriving by car can park free of charge along Balsedreef. There is almost always ample space in the verge. An overflow car park is located 40 metres further on. Guests staying overnight at our Boutique Hotel can park their cars on the grounds behind the villa.

Cycling

Directly through the gate, you'll find a bicycle storage area on your left.

Public transport

Bergen op Zoom is excellent to reach by train.
Every half hour, an intercity train stops from Amsterdam / Rotterdam or from Vlissingen.
There is also a bus connection from Rotterdam. The final stop is the NS train station.

From the station

  • From the station, you can walk, approx. 2.3 km, 30 minutes.
  • There is a bus link to the hospital. City bus 22, every half hour. Get off at the hospital and walk on. See map above. Travel time approx. 15 minutes. Then approx. 5 minutes walking.
  • You can also take a taxi. Journey time approx. 10 minutes, 3 km.
