Today I had a very interesting and fun workshop by Sander from YourGin.

Our team did well tasting various Gin and Tonics. Recognising flavours but also, for example, making a GinGin or a combination of Gin with Chai.

Naturally, our own-recipe Gins were also featured extensively.
